Classes
We offer a range of classes throughout the year .
To Sign up you need to be a member , then you can register for a class. Once a spot comes up we contact you to see if you are ready to start.
Cabochon Class $60 - 6 weeks Tuesday Night 6-9pm
Silver Classes $175 - 6 Weeks Saturday mornings 9-12pm
Faceting Classes $75 - 6 Weeks Tuesday Nights 6-9pm
Cabochon Class
Cabochon Classes involve learning to cut shape and polish rocks. This course will teach you the skills to use the machines and work rocks into shapes that can be used for jewelry and household items. Once you have completed 4 rocks , you are free to use the work rooms for a small fee to continue to develop your skills .
Silver Class
Our Silver Classes offer members the opportunity to learn the art of silver jewellery making in a friendly, supportive workshop environment. Whether you’re completely new to silversmithing or looking to build on your existing skills, these classes provide hands‑on guidance from an experienced instructor and access to specialised tools and equipment.
Faceting Class
Our Faceting Classes introduce members to the precise and rewarding craft of transforming rough gemstones into beautifully cut, sparkling jewels. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you’ll learn the skills and techniques needed to create professional‑quality faceted stones using specialised equipment.
